Employment Opportunities

Though our administration offices are here in LR, we are a Non Profit Presbyterian residential youth home and a validated service mission since 1923.  We use the family home method as we try to provide emotional healing in every area to the youth we serve. Our campus in Monticello Arkansas is a live- in facility with a beautiful campus that has 5 homes that house 2 Family Teachers and 8 youth, a special needs school, gym and office and administration buildings.  It is a beautiful place with a love for the youth and their families in time of crisis.  Most of our contracts to obtain children come from DHS, DHYS and some outside service contracts.  We care for abandoned, abused, neglected, respite care, transitional care, long term residence and adjudicated youth, ages 10-18.  Over the course of a year, we usually serve about 200 youth, many with substance abuse issues.

****We are currently in real need of a certified substance abuse counselor that would be able to service our Monticello Arkansas residential campus, on a regular contract labor basis.  The compensation would be approximately $25-30 per hour plus mileage.  Depending on the situation and the economy, it could work into a full time position going forward

If you know anyone who is qualified and looking for this type of work arrangement, we would love to talk with them.
